RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
You may request a refund or replacement if:
    •    The item arrives damaged or defective
    •    An incorrect item was received
    •    The order has not arrived after 45 days from dispatch
Clear photo or video evidence is required to support all claims.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Incorrect installation or misuse
    •    Normal wear and tear
    •    Shipping delays under 45 days

3. Return & Claim Process
To initiate a refund or replacement request, please email glowsyndicate.official@gmail.com with:
    •    Order number
    •    Description of the issue
    •    Supporting photos or videos
Requests are reviewed within 48 business hours.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
In some cases, a refund may be issued without requiring the product to be returned.
