SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping: We ship to selected countries across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and North America.

Shipping availability is shown at checkout. If your country is unavailable, we’re unable to ship there.

1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows: 

Oceania:

    •    Standard shipping: 7–20 business days
    •    In some cases: up to 25+ business days

Asia: 

    •    Standard shipping: 4–14 business days
    •    In some cases: up to 25+ business days

North America:

    •    Standard shipping: 8–20 business days
    •    In some cases: up to 25+ business days

Europe:

    •    Standard shipping: 7–23 business days
    •    In some cases: up to 25+ business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

3. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Glow Syndicate is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost Packages
An order is considered lost if it has not arrived 45 days after dispatch.
At that point, customers may request a replacement or a refund.
